  I did the following:
  
  [atlab@localhost assignment1]$ cp /Volumes/Network/courses/sp/assignment1/config.scm .
  
  [atlab@localhost assignment1]$ chmod ugo+r config.scm
  
  [atlab@localhost assignment1]$ festival config.scm
  SIOD ERROR: unbound variable : voice_cstr_edi_awb_arctic_multisyn
  closing a file left open: config.scm
  
  [atlab@localhost assignment1]$ festival config.scm
  SIOD ERROR: unbound variable : voice_cstr_edi_awb_arctic_multisyn
  closing a file left open: config.scm
  
  Everytime I try to open festival with config.scm, it fails.
