Hi,
I found a 3rd edition copy of the Speech and Language Processing text book that is available at https://web.stanford.edu/~jurafsky/slp3/.
May I read the corresponding sections from this newer version, and could you please maybe the post corresponding sections of the 2nd ed. in the 3rd ed.?
Many thanks,
Yichao
That’s a good idea and I will try to do this.
It will take a little time because the 3rd edition looks substantially different from the 2nd edition and therefore I need to read it and compare the content to the current readings.
The official readings (i.e., what is examinable) will remain those from the 2nd edition.
Yes, the new edition does contain more modern techniques and is reorganized.
I’ll try to read both of them then.
