where could i find spectograms, time domain plots, and frequency domain plots for the different phones in the IPA chart and with a discussion of how the place of articulation and manner corresponds to different patterns in these graphs/plots?
The vowel and consonant charts on Wikipedia have audio, which you can download and inspect in Praat, where you can of course inspect the waveform, spectrum and spectrogram.
Try Seeing Speech too.
The International Phonetic Association also provides audio from a number of speakers in their interactive chart.
Keith Johnson’s companion page to A Course in Phonetics also provides spectrograms for each phone in the IPA: https://linguistics.berkeley.edu/acip/
Left click on a symbol to listen to it. Right click on a symbol to see the spectrogram.
Jonathan Dowse has also made a resource of extended IPA symbols with accompanying audio: https://jbdowse.com/ipa/
