Edina Noteable Container

I’ve been using the Edina Noteable service to go through the Jupyter notebooks as I couldn’t seem to install the necessary python packages on my own device, but I’ve run into a “Container Error”. Noteable is telling me “There has been an error connecting to your container. Please restart or reconnect to it”, but I do not know what a container is or how I might reconnect to it. I got the same error when I tried connecting on my phone, so it doesn’t seem local to my computer or browser. Have you seen this issue before?
