It might be the case that the dictionary recognises the word “prprprfg” as a sequence of letters and then recognises each letter (we can see the corresponding phoneme of each letter in the mlf file). But if we try a real word which rarely occurs like “moschops”, Festival will indicate that it is not in the dictionary:
