CSTR's own DNN synthesis toolkit, built on top of Theano.

Get it from GitHub

$ git clone https://github.com/CSTR-Edinburgh/merlin

but if you don’t have git installed, you can download a zip file via a web browser from the same URL.

Dependencies

In addition to Theano, a few other system libraries are needed (and possibly others, depending on your installation):

  1. python-lxml
  2. python-matplotlib

and possibly the following Python package, depending on your system configuration:

  1. six
