Each module shows you a fragment of this diagram, but now you’re ready to see a complete picture of all the topics covered in this course. The diagram explains the order in which you should learn the topics. You’ve already covered half of this – well done! Click the image to see a vector-graphic PDF version suitable for printing.

The remainder of the course, in Modules 6 to 9, is about Automatic Speech Recognition. This material is also part of theĀ topic map and you will learn the topics in the order described in the previous tab. The ASR topic videos are the same as in previous years, and were originally created from lecture recordings. There is no longer exactly one video per topic. They do not have the “What you need to know already” and “What you can learn next” diagrams. Therefore, each module will also include the following, which are new for this year:

  1. a video to bring all of the material together, to be released by the Monday of that module’s week;
  2. a weekly live timetabled class, to walk through the material in that video and to take your questions; a recording of this class will be made available and further questions will be answered on the forums.

Tutorials will continue to run as before.
